N-Acetyl Selank Amidate is a modified form of Selank, a synthetic heptapeptide derived from tuftsin. The N-terminus is acetylated and the C-terminus is amidated (sequence Ac-Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro-NH2), modifications studied for their potential to increase enzymatic stability. Investigated for neuromodulation, anxiolytic activity, and cognitive research.
